A modern clean and quiet town house overlooking West Quay in South Harbour Eastbourne.
A good size, very clean, double room with own en suite with bath and shower, some cupboard and drawer space, free wifi and bills included.
Use of kitchen, dining room and outside terrace, there is also a small spare room which has a sofa bed and tv which could be used as a sitting room, this would be a shared room though as I use it also as a yoga room.
I prefer someone who is quiet and professional, as I am a single female, and not usually out late very often.
