Large Double En-Suite Room in Sovereign Harbour

Lovely double room, very close to beach, harbour and The Waterfront, which has various restaurants and bars
We are 30 seconds from the beach, and there are miles of walkways and cyclepaths on our doorstep. Also 5 minutes walk from the cinema, Next, ASDA, TK Maxx, Boots etc..

There is Superfast Broadband internet throughout the house (both cable and WiFi), Unlimited Netflix TV, Amazon Prime TV & FreeSat piped through to bedroom.

The bedroom is situated on the 1st (middle) floor of this 3 storey end of terrace 2004 build house. It has 2 large windows and an en-suite shower room with toilet and sink.

There is a full bathroom on the top floor which you are welcome to use. There are 2 other toilets in the house (4 in all). We have an integral garage with plenty of space if you need to store anything.

Parking is available on front drive, very quiet neighbourhood (the bars and restaurants are far enough away not to disturb!). We live on the far corner of the square at Macquarie Quay, meaning that cars literally cannot drive more than 5mph past the house...

You would be sharing the house with myself, my 15 year old daughter (we occupy the 2 bedrooms on the top floor) and 2 growing kittens.
We use the large lounge/diner daily and of course this is a shared part of the house, along with the kitchen and amenities i. e. gas oven, large washing machine, large tumble dryer, microwave and large fridge freezer.

The bedroom is large enough for you to keep to yourself (if required) - it already has a large leather sofa (which converts into a double sofabed if you have guests staying), and can be furnished or unfurnished as you require. You would have to provide your own TV, but the TV and internet services detailed above come as standard. If you don't have a PC/Laptop you are welcome to use my beast (I work in IT) or I'll put one together for you from the box(es) of spares I have accumulated, if you prefer.

**PLEASE NOTE** I'm NOT looking for a party animal or somebody who feels that they have to get drunk, loud and talk a load of old tosh on a regular basis. I have my daughter to think about. Somebody who likes a drink but is respectful of others is fine. Thanks.

Anyway, if you're still interested, the room is available from 1st February 2015 for £500 per calendar month. This includes all bills - Water, Electricity, Gas, Council Tax, Superfast Broadband, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV and FreeSat. If you want to have a Sky subscription service installed we can discuss.
