Small Double to rent in Eastbourne town centre

You can fit a small double bed, a double wardrobe and a computer desk in the room with adequate space to move around. The room is furnished but the tenant is welcome to bring thier own furniture if they wish. I have a loft so can offer some storage space.

The house is 5 minutes walk from local shops, Eastbourne Arndale centre and various pubs, clubs and restaurants. Eastbourne train station is 10 minutes walk. It has all the modern conveniences - dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. The bathroom has a shower installed in the bath. It has a spacious living room and kitchen and is finished to a high standard. It has a decent sized courtyard garden which catches the sun for most of the day during the summer. It is always possible to park a car on the road outside the house.

I am a 26 year old single female professional. I am tidy and like to keep things quiet during the week. Noise will have to be kept to a minimum after 11pm during the week. At the weekend I like to invite friends over and go out in Eastbourne. Any tenant is welcome to do the same (within reason). My 3 clean and tidy cats live me. I am looking for a house mate in a similar position to myself and with similar interests.
