I am a former University of Brighton student who has moved out of their privately rented accommodation, I am looking for another student to replace me. The lease is until August but the landlord is happy to make new leases etc for August time. The room is a large double bed room located at the front of this three story house, the house is very spacious. The bedroom has a double bed including bedding, sink, desk, wardrobe and bedside table. Shared living room, dining area and kitchen along with 2 wet rooms. NO ENSUITES!! Looking for someone to move in quickly deposit is £300 then £95 a week, this cost includes all bills other than electric as meters are located around the house (not very costly at all!!!) Wifi is good and included in price along with a house phone (not used it before) and full sky package for free including movies and sports. The property is a 5 minute walking distance from the pier, clubs and highstreet. Good transport links including train station, cheap and frequent taxis and frequent and cheap buses.
