Hi I currently rent a 2 bed house in hailsham Unfortunately I need to rent out the spare room as I have recently split with my partner. Property includes Off road parking, garden with 2 out buildings and a shed (with electric if you have things to be stored). All bills are included I have sky TV/internet/landline(if you use the landline you will need to pay your calls)the bathroom also has a bath and separate shower. I do not mind cooking meals or sharing this. I do have a house cat she is very friendly (but lazy) Obviously share of the cleaning. The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
