Only 10 minute walk from Eastbourne Hospital and 5 minute walk from Hampden Park itself. The train station (which has a direct route to London) is only a couple of minutes walk away – ideally suited to commuters.

The bedroom is at the back of the house, looking out onto the large garden. It has plenty of room for a double bed, a wardrobe, chair and two sets of cupboards.

The garden is ideal for BBQs, there's parking outside the house, large bathroom with shower and bath, large sitting room, large dining room with additional second sitting room. Large kitchen with all usual facilities and plenty of storage.
