Hi. I have a double furnished room - for single occupancy - to let in my home. I live here with my daughter, her partner and their baby. We also have two cats. I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and doesn't mind a family household. The house is at the village end of Hampden Park and only a 10 minute walk to the railway station. There are regular trains to Eastbourne, Brighton and London Victoria. There is also a regular bus route into Eastbourne. We have a large garden and there is always plenty of parking outside the house on the road.
