The house is light, warm and comfortable and in a sunny position and a quiet area.

I am renting 2 furnished rooms together with 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet - all on the first floor in the main house.

THE ROOM CURRENTLY AVAILABLE is a small double with morning sunshine and a beautiful view.

The kitchen, dining room you will be sharing with with me and the other lodger. In the summer the conservatory, patio and garden can also be used.

Public transport is not great here, so you may find you need a car. There is on-street (cul-de-sac) parking and a shed to store your bike.

I am fairly relaxed, but very busy. I work from home some of the time (complementary medicine and teaching). I need the house to be reasonably peaceful, tidy and well looked after and I like my lodgers to be independent, tidy, responsible and considerate in their dealing with people, stuff and energy.

I am not really interested in short term renting, because experience shows that time is needed to get comfortable with each other and the communal space when sharing in this way.
