Double Room available in 2 bedroom house in Hove!

Hi there, I have a double room available in a 2 bedroom bungalow in Hangleton. Shared bathroom, living room and kitchen, large garden, off street parking and plenty of storage space if needed in loft or garage! Room is furnished with double bed, double wardrobe, small chest of drawers and has a TV aerial point, it has a large window and is therefore nice and bright! I'm a 32 year old female teacher and an original Brightonian (not many of us left) and its me you would be sharing with! I love to cook and enjoy a good natter over a glass of wine or 2, however if you also like your own space you will get that here as I am out a number of evenings during the week. My party days are done so the house wouldn't suit anyone looking for a university style house share. The garden is a little sun trap in the summer and bbq's are a frequent occurrence. The house is 1 minute walk for the 5/5A and 5B bus route, 15 minutes to the station and 2 minutes drive to the A23/A27 so a great location! I am looking for someone clean and tidy to take care of the house like I do, smokers welcome but you would have to smoke outside and I would also consider people looking for mon-fri rental!
