Double room to rent in lovely house in Hastings

I have a large comfortable spacious Victorian house in central Hastings close to the park, West Hill and town centre.

£400 per month including all bills and wireless broadband.

I am vegan so only want lodgers who are vegan, or vegetarian and willing to eat vegan food in the house. If you don't know what vegan means or don't think you can do this, this room is not for you.

You need to be a cat lover to live here, as I have three semi house-trained cats, and I need someone who is willing to feed the cats and clean out the litter tray while I am away. They also sometimes have accidents.

I am a single parent with a young baby so this is not a party house!

I would like someone who is willing to share the household tasks, eg putting out the bins, etc. and maybe even help out in the garden.

I prefer short term lets a few weeks to a few months so this room is ideal if you have just moved down and are looking for somewhere to buy. Only single people no couples.
