Large, light double upstairs available plus use of all communal areas of the house. New kitchen fitted 18 months ago. Why be a lodger in someone else's space or cram into a bedsit when you could be an equal tenant in a large, detached house sharing with other young professionals? The house is fully furnished, has unlimited broadband and a basic SKY package. Unlike other landlords we don't charge extra for council tax. we will give you a six month tenancy but accept shorter agreements. Come and take a look!

Double rooms available in this shared house close to Hastings Old Town (See details for Rooms 3 below). Rent includes all bills (phone includes incoming calls only) and broadband. The communal areas are cleaned once a fortnight and we also provide a gardener. There is off road parking for one car and a locked metal shed for bikes.

Current tenants are all aged 25-35 2 make 2 female, professional, Hungarian/English so looking for similar aged females/males to take the remaining room.

The property has four double rooms - one with ensuite and also a large single/small double room. Room rates vary slightly accordingly. 375 - 425pm. There is an additional shared bathroom/toilet and separate WC. Shared use of kitchen, dining room, lounge and conservatory. Off road parking for one car, a locked shed with power, garden and outside seating. Bus stop outside to Hastings Town Centre for the university / colleges or op direction for Rye. 5 minute walk (max) to bus for Conquest .

This is a period property with many original features, stripped floorboards, fully furnished with washing machine and broadband. SKY available in the lounge, may be extended to individual rooms for an extra charge.

We are ideally looking for young professionals or mature students but will consider any applications. sorry no DSS, pets or children.
