--West-facing double with great views over Hastings and regular stunning sunsets! Situated on The West Hill, this house is exceptional.
--I shall be spending much time in Oxford, and so this would mean that the tenant would often have the place to themselves. I am therefore looking for someone responsible, preferably non-smoking, and an appreciator of fine things/artistically-minded.
--As I have a daughter of 12 who comes to stay, I would also prefer a female.
