Painted soft white so nice and light and if you wanted to put pictures up that's fine. Sharing house with easy going couple both 31, female housemate 28 and two cats. We like cooking, music, art, tv, films. Lovely little garden, on street parking, spacious living areas- big kitchen diner and range cooker, Large bathroom. 2 toilets. All bills and broadband included. We are looking for a single working person 20-45, short term lets also fine, Monday to Fridays very welcome (price negotiable if you only need the room weeknights). Non smokers please. House is a 10 minute walk down to the new town, 10 minute walk down to the old town so it's a great location for getting around Hastings.
