This is a large , very bright and airy double room, with single pine bed and double pine wardrobe.
It is within my two-bed semi which is on a relatively new estate of 3-4 yrs old.

You would share the small bathroom and kitchen with just myself.
I have a large sitting/dining room and a further downstairs WC. There is also a narrow garden, with seating area.
There is a good bus route into the market town (1 mile) up the road and also good route to nearest railway station 4.5 miles away and cosmopolitan town of Eastbourne (6 miles away).
I have a cat and lead a quiet life, working and keeping up with interests of mine.
