I have a bright, spacious and fully furnished double room available in my two bed garden flat. Also with a smart TV. The flat has a good sized living room with dining table, fully equipped separate kitchen (I love all things food!) bathroom with bath & shower. The front & back garden are both a good size and used often in the summer. There is a large brick bbq which I love. Parking remains free in this area which is exceptional for Brighton!

I am looking for a friendly, laidback individual to share my space with. The flat is large enough to also have your own space which is just as important. Animal lover is a must!

I love animals! I have a senior cat named Peaches - she is very friendly, loves attention and loves to sleep! I also have a guinea pig Gus Gus who resides in a corner of the living room.

I have Netflix, Now Tv & Disney + available in the living room. I am a of Disney! I also have this in my room so I won’t always be in the living room.

I also have amazing views from the back of the flat looking out to the South Downs - which you can enjoy from your room. The sunsets are beautiful! There is a bus stop just across the road which gets you to Brighton town in less than 15 minutes. The bus going the opposite way gets you to Asda, M&S food hall, Argos etc in 5! I sometimes walk both if it’s not raining!

The rent is £630 inc all bills, cleaning products, hand soaps, and toilet roll.
I would consider a couple, rent negotiable.
