Double room all bills inc by moulsecoomb station

Furnished double room all bills included next to moulsecoomb station/brighton uni. Very quiet street with free parking, big garden and patio. The lounge/dining room/kitchen are also big and open-plan and there are 24-hour transport links nearby. 5 mins walk to brighton uni & 1hr to London by train.

I'm 35, male, pretty chilled out, sociable, well traveled and work as a freelancer so am either here or London on weekdays. I keep things fairly quiet in the week but usually go out to the pub at the weekend or sometimes have friends round. I try to keep vaguely fit doing circuit/kickboxing classes a couple of times a week.

I'd be looking for a responsible but chilled out and sociable person, either in full time employment or post grad studies. Short term is ok and smoking ok but outside please unless it's your birthday :)
