Live In Landlord .. A Place Called Home!

I’ m Looking for cabin crew or a shift worker.. ideally nurse or police- restaurant/ hotel worker who have been cleared with criminal checks.. my flat is walking distance to both Brighton and Hove train stations.. I’m looking for someone to do there share of house work and be respectful to my neighbours! I’m not looking for a long time lodger at the moment but that’s could change up to how we get on.. if your looking to work from home then it’s a big NO.. no pets ! To be honest I’m looking for someone to treats my home as if it was there’s!
I’m a very clean and hygienic person who is looking for the same ! I have no room to bring extra furniture , sorry,! there is plenty of storage space!
I work strange hours but I’m also mindful of the person I could possibly live with. I’m a casual smoker in my kitchen ( not heavy) I’m a meat eater but don’t judge anyone’s choice of food.. Its most definitely not a party pad but I would still like to feel comfortable
living with some one who I can share a glass of wine with , which I do most evenings when I’m home on my days off.
I’m single but doesn’t mean you have to be.. if you have Friends or a partner over it must be cleared with me in advance ,it’s 3 bedroom flat so plenty of room!!
