South-facing room in lovely Seven Dials house

We have a south-facing room available in a Victorian semi-detached house with a small garden. The room has a single bed with a second pull-out bed underneath, bedside table, desk, chair, wardrobe and lamps. Three of us are in the house plus an extremely lively 14-month old collie so we're looking for someone who is happy around exuberant dogs. The house has plenty of space and a kitchen/diner. You'd share a bathroom with one other (the house has 2 bathrooms) and share a fridge in the kitchen . The rent is £600 per month inclusive of utilities, wifi and council tax. We're between Hove and Brighton stations with the number 7 , 14C and 27 buses just round the corner. It's a relaxed home. No couples I'm afraid.
