We are looking for a female for our house share.
Lovely, bright, clean bedroom room with new single bed. room. shared dining / chill area, large kitchen, separate loo from bathroom. Pretty walled garden.

There are fantastic transport links with Portslade Station less than 4 minutes walk with direct trains to Brighton, London Victoria and London Bridge as well as along the coast towards Worthing / Littlehampton.
The following buses are also within a 3 minute walk
49,1,1a,6,46 and 700 which is 8 minute walk.
There are also night buses.
Boundary Road has major supermarkets such as Tesco and Aldi, post office, Superdrug, Boots, cafes and independent restaurants and fruit and vegetables stores.
The seafront road is 5 minutes walk.
Parking is light touch and you can also buy a permit either daily or annually.
Please note we are 3 hard working females and only want someone to join us if they are clean and quiet as we all get on brilliantly and want to welcome someone with a shared outlook.
