We have a superior fully furnished large double bedroom in our home to rent, Newly refurbished private bathroom with large Power shower. Quiet, residential area with excellent bus and rail links to Brighton and SE. 2 min walk from seafront, Wish Park and Hove Lagoon. On street parking is free. We are mature, married working professionals who enjoy quiet evenings. We spend most weekends playing golf and socialising with friends. We would like to rent our spare room to a similarly busy, friendly, responsible person. Price includes all bills, regular cleaner and use of kitchen and washing machine. Free wifi connection. Would suit a professional person or post grad university student. No couples. We have a cat who enjoys a little fuss so a cat friendly person would be good!
