This bright and airy first floor flat is a stones throw from Hove seafront ... it's a wonderful location in all seasons!

Lovely bedsit room available. This is a delightful bright west facing room overlooking mature trees and gardens. Fully furnished with double bed, 2 wardrobes, coffee table, table and chair.
The kitchen has electric oven with gas hobs, fridge freezer, washing
machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and a large array of crockery, pans, utensils etc.

The bathroom is bright and spacious comprising of bath with new electric shower, wash basin

and bathroom storage. The separate WC is adjacent.

Please note there is no communal lounge in the flat, the rooms are bed/siting rooms - each having double bed, wardrobe, table and
chairs. There are Yale locks on your doors and fire alarms in each room.

Duvet covers, sheets, towels, bath mats can be provided for no extra charge.

This is my home and I live in my self contained loft studio above. We all have access from the ground floor front door/porch. Lodgers share the first floor facilities ie in kitchen and bathroom.

Whilst we are very friendly, we are also very respectful of each others space and privacy.

I'm looking for an exceptionally considerate, kind, responsible and house proud female lodger. This would suit a quiet person who enjoys their own company and values their own space and a sanctuary to relax in after a hard day out at work, but are friendly and considerate to other flatmates.
This is a very sought after location in a lovely, quiet residential tree lined road. It's a stones throw to Hove seafront promenade, bike paths and beach, tennis courts, King Alfred swimming pool and Hove lagoon water sports. Also the fabulous new Rockwater seafront venue is a 5 minute stroll away ... great for socialising, eating out, meeting up with friends and just relaxing with a drink watching the sun set.
There is a delightful "village" of shops nearby at Richardson Road - including coffee lovers paradise, wine shop, patisserie, fishmongers, butchers, grocers, newsagents, hairdressers, florist, gift shop and much more.
Hove shops, cafe scene and restaurants are a 10 minute walk away.
The bus stop is at the end of the road with frequent bus service no.1 and 1a go into Brighton, direct to Churchill Square (20 mins) and the Royal Sussex County Hospital, and no.6 goes direct to Brighton Station. The 700 coastal service goes to Worthing and beyond. Public transport to University of Sussex takes 40 to 45 minutes.
Roadside parking is free, but with a parking restriction between 10 - 11am and 7 -8 pm so not ideal for car owners.
