You will be sharing with 3 women. Preference will be given to women, nb and queer folks. Must be 420 friendly.
Rent is £335 a month, with a £400 deposit. Bills are extra.
Located near Norfolk Square on the border between Brighton and Hove, the area is lovely and vibrant with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops locally.
Approximately 20 mins walk to Brighton Station, and 5 minutes walk from the sea. Buses along Western Road to the East and West run regularly from Norfolk Square.
The house has a decent sized living room, two bathrooms, small courtyard, and kitchen with two shared fridges and a shared freezer.
The room is currently furnished with a single bed, chest of drawers and a hanging rail, but you are welcome to bring your own furniture if you wish. Please note that a double bed will completely fill the room so you may want to keep the current single.
