Room available in a creative space/photo studio

This is what the studio looks like on a typical day when I'm not shooting,

A cozy room in a shared ground floor flat in one of the most beautiful and majestic locations in the city: Adelaide Crescent, Hove. It's right on the beach by the beach huts! You couldn't get a nicer location!

This is a unique opportunity to live in creative artist space- (part of the flat doubles as a glamourous and fully functioning photography studio by day.) with an Aladdin's cave for dressing room makeup room too. -It might suit a creative or just someone who loves being around creativity. If you happen to be a photographer or makeup artist or model, you'd probably be able to use the space to get creative but if you just need a place to stay and have an open mind that's all that's necessary! A positive attitude about fact the space is multi function. would be great. I have clients here a few of days a week in the daytimes they wouldn't come into your space and you'd barely know they were there!

About me: I’m friendly, open minded, lgbtq+ positive. I'm 49 years old. from Canada. I am a professional photographer and artist and have lived in the UK for 24 years. I love slow fashion, socialising art and music. I'm not a fan of TV- There's no tv in the house currently. It is a lovely space for entertaining occasionally but equally I'm pretty quiet most of the time.

The room is available from the mid/ end of June. Longer term is prefered but shorter term considered for the right person.

The room is lightly furnished with a single bed, a dresser, and a small wardrobe. You would have use of kitchen and bathroom. If you want to change the bed for a double you if you are staying long term you can do that. it's not a massive space though so I think a single suits it better.

Would suit a student or someone new to the city who travels light as it's not massive.
