Double room available in Hove - 10mins walk to the station and 10 mins to the beach!

A bit about me:
I work in mental health from the office most weekdays, although more WFH over the summer. In my spare time, I enjoy DJing, socialising, dancing and chilling.

Looking for somebody who wants a friendly, sociable home. Also really important to me that you're clean, tidy and respectful.
Happy to host dinner parties, film nights, and have chilled out drinks.

Open to pets, previously had a cat and always had dogs in the family!

The flat/ room:
Modern split level flat with a communal open plan living room and kitchen, x2 bathrooms (one includes a bath tub - you'll have one of the bathrooms basically to yourself as there is an ensuite off my bedroom), a beautiful communal balcony space that gets really warm in the sun (could be nice for BBQs in the summer!).

The room has built in shelving/small wardrobe. Currently there is a double sofa bed and desk in there (these can be removed) otherwise, unfurnished. All of the other items/furniture within the room currently in the pics will be removed before you move in. Your room will be on the floor above, it has some beautiful sky light windows with blinds.

The room will be available from early-mid June and at least for 1-2 months.

A cleaner comes once every 2 weeks (£30 each per month). The rent is £775 pcm. Additional bills (includes gas, electric, water, council tax, wifi and netflix) around £150.
