With links to the surrounding areas via bus and train and in close proximity to other amenities. This is a fully furnished flat therefore the room comes with a bed, built in storage such as a wardrobe, drawers and shelving as well as a small desk (if needed), a side table and another set of drawers. The current housemates consist of a mature student/part-time worker and a full time worker as well as the tenant that is vacating the property who is also a mature student. Everyone is very clean, there is a good level of organisation within the flat and everyone gets along really well. The communal areas consist of a living room that includes a dining table, the kitchen and the bathroom with both a bath and a shower.
