We've got a double room in a spacious 1st floor, 3 bed flat to rent in central hove. 2mins from the seafront and hove shops, 10min bus to brighton.

Rent is £385 pcm and doesn't include bills. The room can either come furnished or unfurnished, your choice. The rest of the house is fully furnished and is available from the 7h of June. The tenancy runs until the 7th of September at least but will most likely be renewed.

Parking is on street and needs a permit but there is no waiting list. I've been here for 18months and i've never had a problem finding a space.

There's a large lounge and kitchen area with everything you'd expect and the bathroom is a good size. Living with two professional males, early/mid 20's who are into the normal things like the pub, socialising, sport etc. etc.
