ROOM HAS BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN AFTER IT FELL THROUGH WITH ANOTHER PERSON.
We have a room available in a beautiful converted property with a garden. Really stunning area of Hove and really nice street with very friendly neighbours. 3 minutes walk to Hove station and less than a 10 minute walk to town, also food shops and amenities around the corner.
It's in a really lovely, well furnished flat, with sociable and considerate housemates. Less than 5 minutes walk to Hove park (where there is also a fitness centre and there is the Hove rugby grounds across the road from us if you are into your rugby.. or even just watching (like me).
Let me know if you are interested, we are not fussy about the type of person (although I study architecture so anyone architecture related is very welcome!).
