Double Room With En Suit Bathroom

We have a bright, sunny, room, with en suit to rent.

It's in a three storey, four bedroom town house that's situated mid way between Hove Park and Hove Station.

The house is occupied by my partner and me, our friendly dog, a cat and one other female tenant. We are a middle aged couple and we own the property.

We occupy the ground floor and the vacant room, and the other tenant's bedroom ,is on the top floor.

In the middle there’s a shared area comprising a good sized, fitted kitchen, with ample cupboard space, and a communal living room.

The rent includes all bills, except telephone, and the use of broadband.
