Room in Bright 3Bed Homeshare / the Drive

Two young professional females in their early 30’s are looking for a chilled flatmate to move into our 3bed flat near to the sea in central Hove.

The room is a lovely, reasonably sized double (11 x 7, 7 ft) in a spacious, modern, and bright flat in sought after area. All double glazed & balcony from the lounge, granite worktop kitchen with dishwasher and other cons, stones throw from the sea (8 mins of walk:)as well as Hove train station, 24/7 bus service. Can be available unfurnished/furnished.

Us? We are good fun chilled out friends who like to keep our home relaxed and cosy, clean, open and friendly with a positive vibe. We socialize and enjoy our hobbies.... sport’s involved here - going to the gym, and classes, mountain biking, water sports (well, planned for this year:), ski, snowboard, hiking, running, travelling. A bit of photography, listening to music, dancing, reading books, movies, good laugh!

Long term preferred, short term let considered, the room is for £460/pm incl. All bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband, TV licence) + £460 deposit, ideally references at the start of the tenancy.
