The flat is located in a pleasant tree lined street close to the Sea front, Hove train station and the shopping area,

The flat was recently decorated and features off white walls, high ceilings and plenty of plants.

There is fast 200mb wireless broadband which makes streaming Netflix etc very easy.

It's more a relaxed flat than a 24/7 party place. I'm gay and happy to share with anyone just as long as not homophobic. I work from home so sometimes during day lounge not shared. Tends to suit flatmates who like their own company. Yet I'm happy to socialise.

The room features an excellent quality double bed (Hypnos latex/pocket sprung) and is furnished with a table, a large oak wardrobe and a chest of drawers. If required there is some scope for replacing furniture with your own but the wardrobe is solid oak so probably not practical to move it.

The kitchen is well equipped with blender, food processor, microwave, toasted sandwich maker, ice cream maker along with other gadgets and washing machine. Two fridge-freezers give plenty of storage space so we each have our own.

The bathroom features a bath, a shower, constant hot water and a heated towel rail.

Rent includes all bills including 200mb broadband and 4K Netflix. A £500 deposit secures room and is returnable in cash upon date of departure.

If the room is for a couple or for a let less than for 3 months then a weekly rate in total of £160 inclusive of bills would apply (£690 PCM).
