The room is an unfurnished small double room for £310 a month ( approx£420 including all bills), available from 28th December (some flexibility before this date can be discussed). The flat has a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a deposit of £333 plus agency fees. It's a relaxed and quiet space. Current flatmates are two females, late 20's, early 30's, creative, crafty types!
