Double Room in Eccentric Homely Flat!
I am a workaholic 20-something female looking to share my home with somebody for a while. I have a beautiful basement flat in Hove, 2 minutes from the Station and all major Bus Routes (local off licence opposite the flat is a sure bonus!).
I expect to find someone creative, friendly, honest and respectful of my lifestyle as I will be with theirs.
I don't mind 3am stumbling in and I've never begrudged a good selection f people round; but sometimes I will recluse to my bedroom.
The ONLY thing I have as an issue is that I own a gorgeous 15 month old Alsataion/Staffy. He is my baby and I would want someone to be aware that it is his home too. He truly is the sloppiest thing since the flannel and will love you regardless.
£365pm and we will discuss bills when the time comes.
The move can be ASAP.
You would need to be reference checked by my Agency, show proof of ID and then I would expect a months rent in advance.
