Beautiful large double room in central Hove

Beautiful large double room with high ceilings in a periodic flat in central Hove with private parking. Use of shared kitchen and bathroom. The room has a large queen size double bed, large sofa and large screen tv. Fridge, oven, hob and washing machine available. Smoking is permitted on the kitchens small balcony.
The flat is 8 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from Hove train station. A couple of minutes walk from shops, restaurants and buses. Private allocated parking space right outside the property is available for a small additional charge.
I am a professional charity fundraiser and I do a lot of travelling so quite frequently you would have the place to yourself. The double bed has an orthopaedic mattress and I can provide sheets if needed.
Short lets are welcome. Couples welcome with a rent adjustment.
