would suit someone who is professional and not a party animal. the room can be unfurnished if you have your own things or there is a king size bed, wardrobe, shelving and bedside cabinet. there is a small loung/dining room and garden too. I work long hours so wouldn't really get under each others feet although it would be nice to have someone to have chat with and eat with too sometimes.
£480 which includes all bills, council tax, electric, gas, wifi etc and 1 month as a deposit
ideally someone more mature and someone who likes a dog, hes very friendly and loves people and a cat who spends most of his time outdoors.
