Weekly linen and room clean.
Share bathroom with one other but it has a bath with a mixer tap, not a shower.
International Student attending language school/University preferred as this is a quiet environment ideal for someone wishing to study. Must be a non-smoker and reasonably tidy. All bills and wifi included.
