There are two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with integral fridge freezer and washing machine, a spacious sunny lounge with original marble fire surround and a handy dining area just off the kitchen. There is gas central heating.
Parking permits are available for residents in the street which has plenty of parking spaces.
