Huge double room in friendly house share

Looking for a roommate to join a friendly house share with 2 girls and 2 guys. Current housemates are early to mid twenties and would ideally like find someone of a similar age and spirt to join us.

We are a clean, sociable and creative house who enjoy spending time together. Living here currently is a literature, mathematics, BIM and economics graduate, so we are all varied but get on really well as we have the same tastes and interests.

The flat is in a great location, 10 mins walk from Hove station and a bus stop right outside the front door, Brighton station is a 20 min walk away also. We have a pub and a shop directly opposite us, so we have everything you will need on our door step.

We have a lovely living area including a spacious front room leading onto a balcony overlooking a big garden facing the sea. The kitchen is fully furnished and comes equipped with not only a washing machine and a tumble dryer, also a dishwasher. The conservatory/dining room leads on between the kitchen and front room giving a great open plan feel.

All bills are included in the price - this includes WIFI and council tax too.

The bedroom is a massive with its own en-suite bathroom and a big window looking over the garden and onto the sea. It does however come unfurnished.

There is off road parking available on the drive.

The room will be free around end of April beginning of May.
