A beautiful room in a HUGE seafront 2 bed flat

Hi....

So I have a stunning large unfurnished double bedroom, which comes with a separate bathroom, just for you, in Hove, right on the seafront.

I live here on my own at the moment looking for a great housemate. It's a 2 bed rental, and the property comes with a large lounge, gorgeous kitchen , conservatory and large back garden. it's a great property done out to a really nice spec in a beautiful building and I take good care of the place. Looking for someone that wants to move in and be "at home", rather then just seeing it as just a room. Happy to share a glass of wine, night out, casual chats, and my ideal housemate would be a fellow female for the above reasons :)

Location is awesome - it's just 1 minute from the beach and Hove Lagoon and City, which is amazing for those long summer days, and lush winter windy days for strolls in the really lovely fresh air. Something totally incredible about living by the sea.

I am a really sociable person but happy to have my own space too, but am easy going and love a good giggle.

Now onto the "boring bits":-

A deposit is required of £750.
Monthly - it's £700 all in! That means no extra bills anytime :)
