The room is the largest in the flat - it will be unfurnished but comes with it's own private bathroom with shower just across the hall. It has inbuilt storage and brand new double glazing.

The flat is spacious with big lounge that is perfect for relaxing or entertaining :) The location is great, just down the road from Hove station and a 20 minute walk to town - also the sea is just a short stroll away!

You will be sharing with two guys - Ricky (32) and Andy (24), there is also a gorgeous kitten to play with - Pebbles. The house is a relaxed and sociable one, it would suit someone who is a working professional but wants to be part of our happy home.

The room is £487 per month with heating and hot water included. There is a car park out the back of the block which is free to use too. Bills are £100 a month (which covers broadband, council tax, utilities..)

Deposit is one months rent in advance with a one off management agent admin few of £132 and reference fee £36.
