Double room with a view!

Hi there. I have a room in my 2 bed flat available. The property is 3 years old, opposite Hove Lagoon. You can't get closer to the beach unless you're Norman Cook!
The room has a built in double wardrobe, a double bed and lots of storage.

The rest of the flat consists of an open plan kitchen/lounge, bathroom and balcony which can be used for people-watching and smoking.

There is secure cycle parking in the basement and parking on the road (no permit required!).

Rent includes all bills ie heating/hot water, electric, council tax, wi-fi, tv licence etc.

I'm an easy going but considerate flatmate who works full time as well as enjoying the theatre, beach and cafes. My daughter (20) is at Uni but visits during holidays (she sleeps in my room).

The room would suit a female mature professional who enjoys being close to the beach and having sea views.

Portslade shops are 10 minutes walk away. The 700 bus stop into Brighton and out as far as Portsmouth is right outside and it's a 15 minute walk to Portslade station. Brighton and Hove bus services are a 5 minute walk away.
