Large furnished double room to rent for 3-4 months

Hi,

I'm going travelling for 4 months and need to rent out my room.

The room is a large double. It comes furnished with double bed, desk and chair, has a very large built in wardrobe, 32" TV, chest of draws etc. Items can be removed from room and put in the loft if requested.

You have full access to the house. It has a large bathroom, living area, large kitchen and back garden.

The house is less than 5 mins walk to Hove train station and less than 5 mins walk to George Street which contains plenty of shops. Its about 8 mins walk to the beach!

You will be Living with Liam (26) and Tom (29). Both are working professionals and very easy to get along with.

There is no deposit and rent is £465 a month. This includes 100mb internet. Council tax, water, gas and electric will be split evenly between between you and the other two housemates.

Agreed length of stay in the property is flexible but preferably looking for someone to rent it for 3-4 months. dates can be agreed before you move in.

The is free on-road parking about 3 mins walk from the property.
