Lovely double bedroom available for three months while I'm away. You would be sharing with a 25 year old female who is also lovely.
The room is furnished and comes with a bed, desk, chest of drawers and shelving. The flat itself has:
* A large living room and kitchen furnished with table and chairs and 2 sofas.
* Bathroom with bath and shower attachment.
* Washing Machine.
* WiFi.

The flat is situated about a 15-20 minute walk from Churchill Sq/Brighton centre but is also close to Hove shops and restaurants. Hove train station is a short 15 minute walk away and Brighton station is a 20 minute walk. There are also regular bus routes at the bottom of the road that can take you to the train stations and around Brighton. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away and there are some lovely coffee shops just at the bottom of the road so everything is there for you!

Rent is £450 per month and this includes all bills and amenities!
