I have recently agreed to take on a new flat in 7 Dials. It's a three double bedroom flat, which has been recently renovated with a new kitchen/ bathroom/ insulation/ double glazing etc and is approximately a 10 minute walk from the train station! It is a private let so no extortionate agency fees either!
I'm a sociable guy, enjoy going out for a few drinks at the weekend, going to gigs, playing sports etc and have had good flat sharing experiences in the past and would like a place to call home.
I'm looking for like minded people of a similar age, who doesn't want to be stuck in their room all the time!
The room is available from 20th September!
