Large Double Room on cobbled mews near Hove Lawns

We have a spare large double room in our beautiful flat in Hove. The room has its own sink and a great built in wardrobe. Also these is a large window for those of you who like natural light.

The current lease is coming to an end and one of our flatmates is moving in with her boyfriend. The flat has a huge kitchen and dining room as well as a very large living room with an excellent amount of natural light. In terms of location the area is extremely quiet but has great access to hove station, western road bus stops and the large Tesco supermarket in Hove. Local bars and restaurants are also excellent and it is only about 2 minutes walk to the beach and Hove Lawns.

We're tidy guys and like to keep the place in good nick and respectful of each other's space, but also keen to chat and get on with each other.

Between us we've got an eclectic mix of tastes and interests. We love to cook, play sport, fun at the weekends and one of us even has an artistic side.
