Contemporary Flat with large double room & ensuite

Lovely two bedroom flat with all mod cons. In a fantastic location 200 yards from the beach and local shops are right on the doorstep.

The room is at the back of the property and benefits from a large en suite. The room also has built in storage for clothes.
The whole flat is very modern and spacious. It also has a small outside area which is handy for drying washing etc.

The flat has wifi and sky tv, including sports and movies.

A bit about me I am 31 years old have been in hove for 8 years now. I am very sporty so ideally someone who has a interest in sports but not essential.

I like to go out at weekends but not looking for someone who wants to be out all the time during weeknights and coming in late/ having parties that kind of thing.
Really laid back the flat is very modern and like to keep things relatively tidy as nicer to live like that in my opinion.

My current flat mate is going to Australia 30 Nov, so would like someone to move in on the 1st dec.

The flat is rented with priors so references and fees would have to be done with them.
