Double room in Central Hove

Looking for a young professional (19-29) to join a relaxing house share in central Hove, right by Hove Town Hall. I'll be moving out on the 9th November so you're free to move in then.

It's a great location and the landlord is very helpful, just £385 is a nice touch also. It doesn't include bills or council tax, but it's very good value for the area. Inclusive of bills would probably be ~£485/month.

The lounge is spacey with big windows, an HD TV, and a projector to watch films on the wall. We keep the flat clean, but not obsessively!

I've lived here for 2 and a half years but I'm going round South East Asia and sadly I'll have to give up the room. The room itself has a double bed, couple of shelves and a small table. I own the bed myself but I'm happy to sell.

Currently 2 professional guys living here: 20 and 27, both friendly and relaxed - both enjoy going to the pub a lot etc.

Welcome for viewing Monday-Thursday from 7pm-9pm, just drop me a message. Deposit is £385 with one month's rent up front also. Contract is for a year (if you need to leave before you can find a replacement).
