I have a medium size room available to rent.
It has 2 single beds and still has ample room but Im only wanting 1 person to occupy the room.
We are easy going and have had language students for the last 10 years renting space within my house. Because Im busy I cannot spend much time with the renter so I need a self sufficient and independent person.
I have teenage kids at sixth form college and working so they are hardly here, and a boyfriend who works in London a lot.
Please come and take a look. There is a bus number 21 but probably suit someone who has a car or who wants to work in the Hove area.
