I own and live in this large 4 bed house. We have 2 cats, a garden and private parking.
The room is furnished with king bed, wardrobe, drawers and a book case - newly painted.
The en-suite has a large walk in shower, basin and toilet.
The house is easy going, open plan downstairs and has all the equipment you'd expect.
It is in Palmeira Square area, 15 minute walk to central Brighton and 1 minute from the main bus stops.
I would prefer a professional, non-smoking female and will consider a couple however the rent would be more (to be arranged).
There is a deposit requirement of £400 payable in advance.
I currently have a long-term tenant who has been very happy here but sadly has to relocate with her job.
We are a happy house with friends popping in - it's an easy house to live in!
