A small double room has become available in a friendly three bedroom house share very close to Hove Station.

The house has three double bedrooms, a large bathroom, a kitchen/living area, a utility room (including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer) and a reasonably sized north facing garden. It is located in Parking Zone N that currently has no waiting list. At the moment, one male and one female both in their mid-to-late twenties live in the house, which is managed by a letting agent. The room would be ideal for a relaxed and friendly young professional in their twenties / early thirties.
