Large double room on the Brighton/Hove border

Large double room in large shared maisonette for one person.

You would be living with two professional housemates. Sophie is a nightclub manager and Flo is an employment advisor. We get on really well and socialise together, sometimes cook dinner together etc, but we work very different hours too and live independently.

Large lounge, large kitchen, one shared bathroom that has a shower + additional separate WC. There is also a box room that we use for guests and extra storage.

There is a 4 month waiting list for Zone B parking.

The room in unfurnished, although Dimitri would like to sell his bedroom furniture as he's moving back to France (it's not essential that you buy the furniture to take the room!)

The house is in an excellent location, near shops, bars, a short walk to town and bus stops. The train station is about 20 minutes to Brighton and 30 to Hove if you walk. We are so close to having a Brighton postcode, only one road separates us :)

Looking for a mature professional, non-smoker. No couples and no pets, I'm afraid.

This is not party house - hardcore ravers need not apply.
